REFUND POLICY

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.

Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@salrayworks.com (or via our authorized distributor) with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Ship the item to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable (except in cases of product defect or error on our part).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same product, please contact us at anyhelp@salrayworks.com.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
